The Owners bought this house because of the great bones of the old girl, but also because of the views to Mosman Heads.

The Architects kept the front of the building as the original with the ornate ceilings, architraves, skirtings and heritage colours.

The rear was completely modernised to a minimalist style, however, keeping the language of the stone and timber to warm the new minimalist style.

A new cantilevered deck was built onto the rear to add an entertaining area off the kitchen and also to shade the bedrooms downstairs from the hot summer sun.  New paving to pool area and glass ballustrades for great entertaining and views and limitless parties to come for all generations.
