Our initial brief for this project was to open up the back kitchen area and install new joinery and finishes.

The owners were so at ease with our professionalism and workmanship, that we ended up extending the works to rebuild the external rear area and refreh the whole house.

There are not many projects where owners, architects, builders and engineers are so at ease with each other,

Because of all our mutual respect, this job flowed with great ease and speed with beautiful results.

Here is a letter the owner wrote to the architect after we completed the works:

“Hi David and Lisa,

I have been intending to write, as we approach the 1 year anniversary of the commencement of 329 reno works. We and of course the family are thrilled with how well it went, how fantastic it all looks, flows and the functionality of the house we now have a fantastic open space and garden that is great for grandkids too.

Thanks for your wonderful work and recommending such a great builder in Liam. Also pass our regards/ thanks on to Hugo.

Trust you are both well and busy with the new house and work.”
