How do you turn an ugly duckling interior of a Woollahra Prestige Residential Block of Units into a swan?

That was the question that pondered the Architect when he purchased this unit. Under very tight strata conditions, we carefully removed the kitchen walls to open the living area to an entertaining area fit to cater for any discerning or casual entertaining.

Removing bedroom walls and re-configuring wet areas from laundry to ensuite gave the master bedroom the look and feel of a five-star hotel. Smoked American Oak flooring, Plush Wool carpets, Italian marble and fittings from prestige sources, gives this unit the feel of luxury, only some of us can even imagine.

Finished on time and on budget, this renovation was a joy to work on and as you can see from the photos, the dog has taken over and says he is very happy with the result.
